We are delighted to be undertaking some work for national charity ALD Life.
ALD is a little-known genetic disorder which causes damage to the myelin sheath which protects the nerve cells in the brain. It affects about 4,000 people in the UK, largely boys aged 4-10, and can be cured with a bone marrow transplant if identified early enough. ALD Life supports the individuals and families of those affected by this debilitating and life-limiting condition, works to increase awareness amongst healthcare professionals and aims to inform the wider public about ALD.
We are honoured to be working on a project basis with this wonderful organisation. Find out more about ALD Life.
